Prices and payment
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative.
We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.
At the moment we can accept online payment only via paypal. Contact us for alternatives such as Western union and bank transfer.
Delivery
We deliver your order as soon as the payment transaction is approved.
Orders within the UK and Northern Ireland will be sent using Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery. Service typically takes 1-3 days. Unless the goods ordered exceed the max. weight
Orders to Europe and Southern Ireland will be sent using Royal Mail’s International Registered Swift Air Delivery Service typically takes 1-4 days.
Orders to the Rest of the world will be sent using Royal Mail's International Registered Swift Air Delivery Service and typically takes 2-7 days.

Returns policy
All Returned goods must be in a re-saleable condition with original packaging and customer have to pay the charges for returning the product/item.
You are responsible for the cost and safe return of any items that you are sending back to us and we recommend that all returns are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or recorded delivery. We would not be liable if the product is lost in normal post.
Do not sign for any items that have their packaging tampered with or damaged. Please contact us before returning any faulty goods.
All products relating to cancelled orders must be returned within 28 days from the date it was shipped. All items returned outside of this period will not be cancelled.
All products that are being returned for exchange must be received within 28 days from the date it was shipped. All items returned outside of this period will not be exchanged. Due to the postage cost we cannot offer exchange outside the UK unless customer is prepared to pay the full cost.
